Tried using my virtual card that I got from a class action settlement but it doesn't work. It was declined every time I try to use it. The phone number on the card is only an automated response system and there's no live agent to fix the problem. I checked the myprepaidcenter mastercard number 1-888-371-2109 and the card information is valid but still no live customer service rep to talk to. How can I get thru at 877.944.3822, if the automated system keeps saying that my card information is not valid?Update:I was able to use my prepaid mastercard. There's a merchant list at another website the company has myprepaidcenter.app. You have to use the card at specific merchants (they have the list of merchants there too).
