Hello! I bought a 20 usd prepaid card. It takes 6 days to only redeem it. Also I can't log in account which is connected to my card. It says "There was an error signing in. Please try again later.".Also when I redeemed my card, its details were hidden instead of the balance. Now I can't sign in and use my card. Also call support couldn't help me with.
