Got this from a work event and absolutely wished they never contracted with this company. So hard to get the funds from them, their website doesn’t work majority of the time. You can’t speak to a live agent at all and will go around in circles with their automated systems to get no answers you need. I can’t get into my account at all to want to load or check my balance. Had to make a new account but unable to add my original card on it and no one is around to move pass this part and send me the right info needed to use this thing. This was poorly set up and be warned they do charge a monthly fee for their terrible services.tbh I just wanted to add a small amount to use up the difference and be rid of it. (Because it’s a virtual card) I never want to use this ever again.
