I ordered over a month ago (already a customer for some time), and for the first time my parcel never arrived even though it said it had been delivered. When I reported the problem to customer service, they said they were looking into the matter with the carrier. After several reminders, they came up with the explanation that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and that they were going to send a new package. Guess what, the new package never arrived. In short, if you receive your parcel (as I usually do with them), it's fine, but if something goes wrong, consider that you've lost your money.
