I signed up for a free trial and cancelled it right away, as I always do. However, I was still charged monthly for several months.The only email I ever received from this company was the account creation email. I never received any confirmation of a paid subscription, no renewal reminders, and no billing receipts.Charges were made silently without any notification. Support only refunded the last charge and refused to refund the rest.Very disappointing experience. Please be careful.
