Based on these reviews, I had specifically made sure that I didn't agree to a 'trial period' or monthly subscription. However, they still deducted a monthly payment from my account. They even have an automated Paypal message that implies they are familiar with this problem. They choose not to do anything about it: if 9/10 consumers complain, they still make a massive profit out of the one person who doesn't notice.
