They are horrible at customer service ! I own 3 shares of a horse. I never receive updates or when the horse will race. I have to go to there main page. They offer a lottery to be with your horse at the post parade but I never receive any chances to enter.I have owned 4 horses but never had over $150.00 in the wallet with 4 wins . Just poor customer service is the big problem, not the money No updates on your hose, no workout updates. no results if your horse won or lost, no nothing! I was told to check your spam, never nothing there .Go instead to Little Red Feather Racing Club for personal attention .
