We used rentaladvisor for our vacation in Maui. Everything went well until we got to our unit. The plumbing didn't work in the masterbath. We waited a day and a half at the condo for the plumber to show up. He couldn't fix it. RentalAdvisor reps offered a small return for the inconvenience but after that would not talk to us. They would not answer e-mails, return calls left with the receptionist even after a specific time to talk was scheduled. Promises to return calls to me were not kept. Poor company to work with. Very poor representation of the company by these employees. I will never schedule through RentalAdvisor again.
