We are very disappointed with Rental Advisor. We didn’t know we made a reservation through them because we made a reservation through Airbnb.Then we have been trying to cancel our trip because - the only reason is - we are not allowed to fly to US because of pandemic situation. The borders are closed.So they didn’t even care about it and were mean hangin up the phone in our faces. We called again and not able to reach them.So sad because we liked the house and we would like to stay there but I thought our deal was between us and Airbnb but guess this Rental Advisor that is unprofessional got through it and made it harder to solve our problems.Shame on them.
