The other promises were not kept either, so why should a customer trust you when it comes to a return?And what does that leave me with as a customer who was so excited about their new watch? Nothing! I would have to place a new order again, hoping that this time everything works out.My watchmaker suspects that there is dirt in the movement; a cleaning would cost about €150, and the customs fees were €16. A customer-friendly solution would be to refund these costs, in the hope that I will then end up with a satisfying product in my hands.You really need to work on your communication and handling process. The warranty card, however, is completely blank, without a printed serial number, etc.—not nice!All in all, the price for this replica watch, even if called a Superclone, is simply too high.Why 2 stars?
