I received no support at all, and if possible, I would give negative stars. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so poor that I felt the need to warn others. I ordered a product, but when the instructions were unclear, I sought clarification. Instead, I received a call about a weight loss order I never placed. After that, I got nothing! Now the product is unused on my shelf, making it a total waste of money and time.
