I have been a patient of MyRNK for about a year. i’ve had an i’ve had a reoccurring subscription for NAD. All of a sudden they did. It send me my NAD in January, they build me of course then February they build me again no NAD medication then I call customer service. They offered a refund for one month and medication for the next month. None of that has happened. I canceled my subscription while they canceled my subscription and they build me $449 now I’m out $749 and I have no medication’s. Their customer service does not communicate at all.
