Fraudulent practices!

They will issue a return to sender before you even receive the product. When you reach out via email, their response is to ask for pictures of what you ordered.

Would give it zero stars if possible

If I could rate this lower, I definitely would. Their aim seems to be showcasing beautiful craftsmanship, but they send out subpar items and then offer a partial refund to make you go away. My young child could create something better than what I received. Potential buyers, beware!

Negative stars would be more appropriate

If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. I ordered a whiskey barrel dispenser, but what I received was a fake barrel top made of cheap wood, looking nothing like what was advertised. They offered me a 10% refund after charging $160 for a product worth maybe $10. Complete disappointment!

AVOID THIS PRODUCT!!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!!! Terrible logistics and shipping services. My initial order was lost due to a shipping service that doesn't deliver to my address. I had to have the order entirely remade. The whiskey decanter set I received had an unevenly cut cover, and the wall-mounted liquor dispenser had a spelling error. I paid extra for expedited shipping and when I sought a refund, they only offered me $30 after spending over $300. It took 1.5 months to receive items with defects. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Regret not researching

I should have done my research before ordering a cognac set. Instead, I received a dirty wine glass. They don't have a phone number, just an email. I spent $117 and, living in Canada, ended up spending even more. Do not order from them.

Received wrong item

I got a completely different product than what I ordered - it looked cheap and leaked. Customer service was unhelpful, just giving me the runaround. I spent nearly $100 and they only offered a $20 refund. Terrible experience.

Misleading advertisement

I doubt this review will be published as it's monitored by the company. The product you see is not what you'll receive. My order was not customized as promised, leading to significant dissatisfaction with both the product and the return process. It looks nothing like the images and came with no assembly instructions. The hardware is cheap plastic and doesn't even align correctly. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE

I ordered a set of glasses that were supposed to be custom and hold over 10 oz; they arrived a month and a half later and only held 6 oz. Customer service stated the factory didn't have the product I ordered and offered a $15 credit (after I paid over $100). They do not honor their sales as advertised. AVOID THIS SITE!
