I received an email stating the shoes I wanted were available for purchase. After using express delivery, I got no updates at all. When I reached out to customer service, I learned that the shoes I had paid for were actually unavailable. They only informed me after I contacted them. Very disappointing experience, as the service seems focused on hype but lacks professionalism.
