While I agree with a lot of the reviews that the website was misleading, my experience was somewhat different. Here are the ways in which the site is misleading:1. They are not located in Amsterdam, but apparently in China.2. The products are not made by "expert artisans across Europe."3. Contacting them ahead of my order, I was promised my delivery would take 7-14 working days. It took 19. 4. The site says shipping is handled by DHL; mine came through the regular postal service.5. Their "package tracking" on their website shows no locations, so you have no idea where your package is.THAT SAID, the light I received definitely does look like the one pictured on the site, and it seems competently and solidly made. Unfortunately, it was somewhat damaged during shipping, but I offered to keep it if they provided a significant refund. They agreed to this and claim to have issued the partial refund I requested. (It could take 3-5 days for that to show up, so I'll write again if there's a problem.)Do I wish they were more transparent? Yes. Did I find it to be a total scam? No. But clearly I'm in the minority.
