Liars, do not believe what their customer service team agree to

Mysalights delivered a faulty and damaged light shade. I decided to use the store credit from the damaged light shade and add some more to get a more expensive light.Due to the damaged one received previously I asked Mysalights to agree to refund me if I wasn't satisfied with the new shade. The did this, and I have an email in writing to this effect.When the time came, the new light shade looked nothing like the picture on their website. The style and shape was completely different, it was bulky, mis-shaped and uneven. The colour on the website was a lovely shade of bronze, but what was delivered was black and plastic. It is my belief that this company is using imagery from different designs, creating a poor copy and attempting to sell as the original.I can't add photos unfortunately but I wish I could share the differences from the website to what was delivered. Unethical company, please avoid and save your money, time and stress.
