Well "very good experience" ...first of all "I had a warm feeling, when I saw the lamp that I initially wanted. So, that was a good sign".Warmth shows that there is competence and commitment behind that product.Then, as soon as I started to get in touch with the customer serice, I just realised: this was something else; I reckon, not only, because the person I've written with, was from the inner- team (so I understand at least) ...It was warm and interested and unusual for those days of speeding up; though keeping its focus.Back and forth, the emails, it was an unexpected pleasure to write with the lady: meaning "I value good customer service; because it too shows where the philosophy of the company lies; if product orientated with the heart" ...
