I ordered a flip photo box with lights for our anniversary well in advance, thinking my planning was flawless. However, the shipping was extremely slow, and it didn’t arrive in time, leaving me with nothing to give. When it finally came, we were away, so I wrapped it as soon as we returned and gifted it to my husband for Christmas instead. This morning, when he opened it, my heart dropped. The paint quality is poor, splotchy, and uneven, resembling something a child might create. We inserted the batteries, but the lights didn’t work at all. After all the anticipation and waiting, this has been such a major letdown. This is undoubtedly the worst gift-ordering experience I’ve ever encountered. The product feels cheap, poorly constructed, and certainly not worth the price. I’m extremely frustrated and very disappointed. I’ve contacted customer service and am now waiting to see if they will respond.
