Cologne is a wonderful city to visit, with lots of bars and restaurants along with really friendly people. The football itself was a great experience. Having never seen a game in Germany I was amazed by the atmosphere and the fact that both sets of fans just sang and danced for 90 mins. All very relaxed in the ground, very few police, no trouble and you can take a beer to your seat!
