Normally I’d give 5 star but marked down because of packaging & delivery service.
My Grandson wanted the elite darts mystery box for his birthday and as an added extra I also purchased the mystery darts shirt. Delivery was free as I’d spent over £80.
Delivery time took 6 days (ordered Friday, delivered Thursday)via Royal Mail. This is not Mystery darts fault but when it was delivered we were notified via Royal Mail that the parcel would be delivered on the Wednesday and we were in that day, unfortunately Royal Mail didn’t deliver that day and the parcel was delivered the next day when we weren’t in. The problem being he hid it behind my waste bin on a very wet rainy day. The parcel was wrapped in a waterproof bag but the parcel was a little battered, some water had got in but thankfully the darts and shirt were not damaged. I recommend that in future the parcel is marked as fragile then possibly Royal Mail will treat the package accordingly or change delivery service.
The darts & shirt themselves, I didn’t feel qualified to review hence a later than normal review.
My Grandson was really pleased with both, what I would say was the boxes they were packaged in with the mystery logo were a little battered. The shirt box was ripped at the opening point and the dart box was flimsy and battered. I will say the information inside was great about the players very informative.
So basically the merchandise was great just packaging and delivery service not so great. I now have another grandson wanting some new darts! So I will be ordering again.
