After ordering my item I had 1 email to confirm my purchase, which was an automated response. No reply to any of my 4 additional emails. No tracking information sent to see when to expect my order. This company has a serious communication problem. The lack of any response to customers concerns or enquiries leads me to conclude that they do not care one bit about you as a customer and when you order you are just a number and $ to them.I can't even comment on the quality of the item ordered as I have still not received it (ordered 22nd May). That was nearly one and a half months ago.Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this company again. I would advise against others doing so also.
