Seller dispatched items in a timely manner, however, they never arrived, as the courier returned the package to the seller. Prior to the package being returned, the seller was contacted and support to step in requested by me. Never received a reply, and have not received a refund either, resulting in PayPal being contacted and a dispute being raised. Seller also appears to have blocked me from buying on their site, which is egregious behaviour really from a business.
