This is based off my first time experience with this company. The included departure destinations also have $50-$100 fee. On the website that is not clear at all, they also sent me an email stating Los Angeles had free departure and any other departure airport had $50-$100 fee. However when you speak to a representative they say that its clearly written on the website and that there is $50-$100 extra fee no matter what departure airport you are flying from. They only select for bronze package so they will recommend Colorado but if you need a new one they say call back to reschedule. They do not go by the days you pick on the website they pick the days themselves. I picked the end of June and beginning of July and they chose June 3rd which was not a day that I picked and conflicted with my schedule. When I asked for a later date they said that its clearly written on the website for what days are available and if I wanted a later date I would have to call back and ask for that date to see if they would have it available. They argue with customers on the phone even after asking what the next steps are to move forward. I would not recommend based off this first time experience. Taj is the one to help me the third time I called back with customer service and he is the one who informed me that my travel agent was Ankita. Ankita is the travel agent that I was assigned to but did not help me. I had a phone call over 30 minutes long with a man the second time I called who was not my travel agent and he was the one being evasive and not very helpful. I was under the assumption he was my travel agent from the second call because he was the one giving me the dates for June 3rd. When I called back they said she was the only one assigned to me and they did not see it listed for anybody else, so I have no idea who I was speaking with for over 30 minutes. I asked to speak to the travel agent I was assigned to and they told me she was on break and that I would need to call back again for the 4-5th time just to speak with her. When I would ask questions regarding on how to leave a review they would say I am breaking up they couldn't hear me so I would ask again and they would say that I have the right to leave a review but kept evading the question if I needed to leave it on groupon or their personal website. I still did not receive a proper answer and I had to google the question myself until I found this page. I wanted to inform other individuals of the $50-$100 fee but now I am going in depth so everyone is fully aware of what happens before purchasing a ticket. This company could be more professional all around. It took me over 2hours to even book the flight. It took 8 phone calls to have it booked and it was still being booked at 12:45pm mind you first call was at 10:38am. pst
