I am very satisfied with the products I received so far. The price/quality ratio is excellent. I purchased Iso E Super and several essential oils (Amyris, Cedarwood Atlas, Ho Wood, and Cypress French) and the quality is great. The shipping was very fast and the items were well-protected in the package.However, I am still waiting for a response regarding the VAT deduction. As I am located in Serbia (non-EU), I should be exempt from UK VAT, but my last order was not discounted. My future purchases will depend on resolving this issue, as I would love to continue shopping here if the VAT is correctly handled for international exports. Hoping for a quick response from the team!
