My experience as a reader for them

Edited: I told you their reply is going to be just like it is right now. No responsibility, No solution, No hearing readers voices at all. They just going to respond with a general response telling you that it is going strong since 2020 and nothing is wrong with it. Clients can see the same thing we see.GO WITH OTHER WEBSITES IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY! HARDLY NOBODY CALLS IN EVEN AS STAFF PICKED! WE HAVE TO ASK FOR STAFF PICK FOR CALLS, BUT IT DOESN'T REALLY HELP ANYMOREI wished they cared more about us as their readers. Since they changed the website things have gone downhill! Hardly traffic at all, but they don't admit anything. They are always right when it comes to our concerns and experiences. They always have an answer like their issues are our problems. We were thankful even if we received one phone call. They aren't concerned about the website's future nor us readers. The only responses received are :change your profile picture, update hours, change description, or kind of readings offered. It is always something they want us to do when it is really their website and issues related. Marketing for the website isn't great nor helpful. These reviews are reflecting the interview process ONLY. They have a response for everything that put the blame on us entirely. They don't want to admit their website is going downhill FAST. It is always what readers should do with their profile. It is always options given to us that should not be options at all. I have worked here since 2020 and things went downhill after they changed the website completely. Again they don't wanna admit to anything, it is all the readers fault. It is all the computer generated responses they give us. Nothing has improved since they changed the website. They don't want any accountability or responsibility about the website being the way it is right now. Staff pick: Readers ask to be picked while hoping to receive calls from customers. It really doesn't help at all most days. Things have surely changed on the website. The rating system: Everybody rating is the same including the 5 star rating readers. 5 star ratings also have many one star ratings, but your rating doesn't change as well. It is a set rating system. Although the company says otherwise to paint the image their way. The rating system is completely full of it. Rotating readers at the front page: There are tons of readers on the website. You only see some on the front page. You can stay up all night long without receiving a call. You are lucky to receive one or two calls. There isn't enough traffic at all to even see pages of readers. Customer service: They actually don't care. They care enough to repeat the same thing over and over again. They have their picks and chooses who can do what on the website for their profile.
