I really regret ever contacting MyStudentFinance. They say they help students for free, but that’s not true at all. I ended up getting the money after I sent my documents myself, not because of them, and then they suddenly demanded that I pay them anyway.When I said I didn’t think that was fair, they threatened to take my case to court if I didn’t pay on time and said I’d have to pay even more. It honestly felt like intimidation.The person who was supposed to help me canceled our meetings twice and never even tried to reach out again. The service was terrible and completely unprofessional.Be really careful with this company. They make big promises about helping for free, but in the end it’s not the case at all.
