Communication was excellent. Stephanie was wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions, and always had our backs. The ‘Blue Destiny’ out of Sicily was a beautiful Yacht. The 3 Crew members were great and very knowledgeable. The Captain was awesome, cook was AMAZING, and steward couldn’t have been anymore helpful than she was!! The first day, the yacht had a mechanical malfunction, thus preventing us from departing as scheduled and losing the first day of our 7. We were very disappointed but made the most of it. The problem got resolved and we left the next morning and had 6 wonderful days enjoying the numerous Islands. We even saw a volcano eruption. At the end of our charter, discussing compensation for our lost day, we were told that we were responsible for paying for the mooring fee for the night prior to our arrival, which made no sense to us. We approached management immediately. They discussed our compensation for our lost day, which some of our group of 8 were satisfied with and others were not. We all flew over 6400 miles and spent a large sum of money to experience this 7 day Adventure and felt that the compensation from the owner should have been more reasonable. They did agree not to charge us for the mooring fee prior to our arrival.Myst charters and Stephanie were awesome to work with and we will definitely Charter with them again!!
