I tend not to post reviews and take poor service in my strides as the last thing I want is to disrupt someone else's livelihood.I contracted MYT for a deep clean of my house on Monday 3rd July.Let's start with the positives- the 2 ladies were punctual and arrived on time at 9.30 in the morning. They were professional in their dialogue.That's about where the positives end. I have attached some pictures of their service after a 6hours deep clean!I reached to them after the clean and was told to send pictures of the areas of concerns which I have. Since then, I have heard nothing from the company and no apologies.It has frankly been an unpleasant experience - imagine spending over £150 on a deep clean and still getting on your hands and knees cleaning skirting boards, windows and mopping up the floor.I definitely wouldn't be using the company again and will not recommend them to anyone.
