I would not recommend initials N H.Her planning was poor, she was disorganised and easily confused. She made me feel uncomfortable and insisted that acting out helps many people. I expressed my discomfort but she was persistent.I also did EMDR with her once and she didn’t do it again, as apparently she didn’t think it worked for me. Not sure how she thought that as I said so many positive things when I did it the once. I find she loves the acting out therapy. She comes off very narcissistic. She failed to provide any advance notice of not turning up to my therapy. As she usually sends a link earlier on in the week. I find she forgot as she got confused with dates. I told her in advance what date I couldn’t do, and she thought I wasn’t making the upcoming weeks call. I told her that wasn’t correct and I told her the date again. Very unorganised even though I gave her several weeks prior warning. This is also the date she didn’t show up…so I found she forgot again.She doesn’t work well with autistic individuals. She attacked my character and I found her directness unsettling. My questions (simple questions), which she presented as threatening, was not true and I found strange. I just asked her questions like did she forget again as it’s the date she thought wasn’t happening and I never got a zoom link, etc (simple questions but she never answered them). I was simply trying to understand why she had not attended the meeting and she repeatedly changed her story.I also used a Zoom link from a previous meeting which indicated she was in a meeting. This suggests that she was maybe on another therapy call. By far the most unorganised therapist I’ve had and very much a pressuring kind.
