Applied for therapy.
Went through what I have been through - trauma - and how I was previously under the crisis team and how I was eventually discharged and was seeking further support post this.
They didn’t listen to a word I said and as soon as I mentioned I had been under the crisis team for feeling suicidal - regardless of the fact I was now discharged they went into arse covering mode and fused to offer me any sort of therapy at all.
It did not matter that this was post trauma. It did not matter that I had been reviewed and discharged by an actual psychiatrist who deemed me no risk. Someone who had met me repeatedly over several months.
From one conversation they decided they wouldn’t offer me therapy as I was “in crisis”.
This is a lie. I am not in crisis or suicidal or having suicidal thoughts - any danger to anyone. I would not have been discharged by the psychiatrist if this was the case. They simply didn’t listen to anything I said. Which is concerning in a therapy body !!!
They clearly only care about simple easy money makers for fear of insurance claims.
Disgraceful. Do not use this company there are many much better more professional organisations out there. I have already found one.
