I was browsing social media one day when I came across this site. I decided to take a look as I was in the market for some new rings. Firstly, there is such a huge selection on not only rings but necklaces and other jewellery also. Specifically the rings, I had added some to my basket and left the site for a while. I got an Email from customer services from one of the support team, Daniel. Who advised me that my items where still there and not paid for, possibly warning me that I had not fulfilled my order! Firstly, this is great customer service, but it gets better! I informed Daniel that I was waiting for the 'Go-Ahead- from the misses as I wondered what she thought of the rings I had selected. I let Daniel know that she did like them and I went ahead to complete my order. However my basket was now empty so had to restart, I asked Daniel if they had any offers on and he instructed me that they would throw in another ring FREE! I had originally planned on buying 3 for the price of 2, but Daniel went out of his way to ask his manager and got the 'go-ahead' to throw in another ring for FREE. So, 4 for 2! I finished my order and it came promptly. Roughly around a week or so later, unfortunately I had ordered all the rings a few sizes too small and I let Daniel know via Email and had asked for the returns process. After a few days of exchanging Emails, the customer service team instructed me that I could keep the rings I had ordered incorrectly and went ahead and sent me the correct sized rings for FREE! I could not believe it! The new rings arrived a few weeks later and the quality of the rings is impeccable. You'd be skeptical of anything you buy online, but this is finer than some of the expensive rings that my partner wears! Never have I ever had such incredible customer service at any company. Others should take note as this is how you treat a customer! Now, I obviously wanted to share this story as I think what they did was very kind, I wish I could do more to support this company so I have referred it to all my friends interested in this type of jewellery! You should definitely try it out.6*s!
