I noticed my bank account being debited three times in the month of June for 15 pounds each time When on my banks suggestion I questioned it they said that I had filled in a form giving all my details and clicking on the agreement I have never filled in such a form nor would I ever do so and obviously Trainline are giving my details to these people without my consent or knowledge .Just this month 45 pounds has been taken without my consent or knowledge .Could there be a hidden clause in buying tickets from Trainline to hoodwink people into signing up I can assure you I have never filled in or consented and would like to see the evidence that says otherwise My time rewards that figure as a Swiss company on my bank statements have been very alert and cancelled all dealings present or future with them but the money they have kept !I await to see their evidence before making a police statement for fraud Their reply is completely untrue and my request to see the Email they say they received from me has not been forthcoming of course I used Trainline with a new credit card and find that with each booking these people took illegally 15 pounds from my account .There has been no indication of returning the money to me and I have reported them to my bank as fraudulent and presume they will take the necessary steps with the authorities to stop their illegal operations .I presume that Trainline must know of these operations and are not alert enough or maybe even in agreement with them and are not taking the necessary steps to stop our data for simply buying a train ticket from being used for illegal purposes Daylight robbery I am appalled and upset at the seeming indifference of My rewards to their false claims that make it appear that they are bonafide company which the facts prove they are not and is a vehicle being used by fraudsters I have since received a swift reply from My time rewards which is a fair a swift response and I consider the matter closed.
