I don't normally go through my partners' bank statements, but he asked me to do an audit this week and, like other complainants here, have discovered that both My Time Rewards and Complete Savings started taking money from his account within days of each other six years ago – without, he says, his consent. I'm inclined to believe this, since he didn't even have an email address until I set one up for him recently. He is not computer literate and doesn't use the internet for payments, so we can only assume that someone used his card without his knowledge, in which case their fraud detection procedure is deplorable. He's paid a total of more than £2,000 to these companies in that time.
