Complete and utter scam of the highest order. How is this even legal? I booked a coach ticket with national express and I was unwittingly signed up to these scammer who are taking direct debits. I will be getting on to national express tomorrow to find out they find it acceptable to give my bank details to third party ripoff merchants. A £22.70 bus ticket has now cost me over £50!!The fraud department at the bank has been notified and I had to cancel my card.
