Unfortunately, a company like national express is causing this big problem for its customers and they shouldn't work with them. I'll inform them as well. When I saw it last month on 12.02.2023 they charged 15 GBP from my card, I canceled my membership by my profile and also I sent an email. Also, the company sent me an email for confirmation of my cancellation. And now! they charged again 15 GBP from my card on 12.03.2023? Are you a fraud company? How come you can charge again 15 GBP? Do you think that I have 15 GBP for paying nothing every month? Please pay my money back. Otherwise, I'll complain about your company everywhere.
