Paid for tickets on trainline. Did not enter card details for anything other than train tickets. My bank flagged up that £45 had been taken by this scheme over 3 months and cancelled my card. I may have ticked a box for reward points but never agreed to paying £15 a month.On complaining it was suggested 'someone else' had access to my card and that card details were entered. Impossible.They send no email confirmation and my bank was already aware of this scam. They operate under 2 names. I phoned and got a total refund using only one number..so one company with 2 names?Completesave and My time rewards. ..Trainline need to be aware unless it's with their blessing. It is a scam. Report it.
