I ordered books but received excessively small booklets that are not suitable for reading or handwriting practice. My biggest issue is the unauthorized monthly fee of $29.99 that has been charged for four months. This is completely unacceptable. They enroll you in a membership without your consent, charging you monthly without prior notice. Their main goal seems to be to collect banking details and unfairly take $29.99 from as many customers as possible. They should be held accountable and removed from the internet.
