I made a purchase Aug 4 which has not been delivered. Post office stated fraudulent postage as to why they could not deliver. When I contacted TinyThinkers Customer Service they only provide tracking which I can see but has not been updated since Sept 17. It is also a hidden subscription so my card has been charged twice. I was able to cancel the subscription but am now unfortunately out $60 with no product to show. When I try contacting customer service, I received an update that they have a new email address. I have asked for either delivery of the product or a reimbursement for the initial product charge. I no longer am receiving responses. Either a scam or poorly ran business.
