This review concerns the service. The vague name makes it hard to identify the right company. I ordered books but received small booklets that are not suitable for effective reading or handwriting practice. My primary concern is the unauthorized $29.99 membership fee charged for the past four months. This is completely unacceptable. They enroll you in a membership without your consent, charging you monthly without prior notification. Their main goal seems to be collecting banking information and unlawfully taking $29.99 from as many customers as possible. They should be held accountable and removed from the internet.
