Needs Customer Service training.

I was the first person to arrive at the Tio Rico, the clerk decided to help the other person that cane in 5 minutes after me. He about 40 minutes to help me. They need to be trained in customer service because they need to know how to treat a customer. I did not like the clerk named Michelle. She is really rude, doesn't have customer service skills what so ever. It feels that she hates speaking to customers and hates doing her job. Michelle needs to be fired.
