This company supplied three toilet flush washers against my order which was based on an internet sourced part number. It was the wrong size of washer.Their Customer Helpline was responsive, the conversation was pretty much in real time. Given the washer dimensions, they quickly identified the correct washer and gave a price, agreed to accept back and refund the mis-ordered washers. The difference in price was pence (in their favour) and as soon as the mis-ordered washers were received back, the correct washers were dispatched (and Royal Mail delivered on time!). They sorted all the paperwork for the exchange, no further admin required from me. My Toilet Spares couldn't have been more helpful and made the exchange very simple.
