Terrible customer service. Accidentally ordered a toilet seat & hinges instead of what I thought, due to the picture and ambiguous title, was a complete toilet. Firstly it arrived a week after ordering with no communication as to when I could expect it and then when I realised my mistake they would not accept it back despite being able to prove that the parcel hadn't been opened so no hygiene worries.
