I was initially put off by bad reviews, but after reading through the good reviews thought it was worth a phone call to check if the toilet seat I was after was in stock (toilet seat had been discontinued quite a while ago and was a really odd shape)I spoke to a lady called Adele who was really helpful, she took the model name from me and said she would check if it was in stock, within ten minutes she had called me back to confirm it was in stock, took payment from me and the item was delivered the next day. Amazing service, I would not hesitate to use this company again
