Like many others MTS appeared to be the only company with access to the spares required. Sadly, my experience was very poor.When placing my order I only received it in part, with no communication from the supplier on when the final item would be back in stock. When the first part arrived it was broken so had to be replaced.It took more than 6 weeks to discover that the second part of the order had been delivered to a wrong address. Due to an error with MTS’ delivery note, I was then accused of lying about which part I had not received.They were able to evidence the delivery error through Royal Mail and clearly do not have robust enough processes to mark the correct items on their dispatch notes.To add further insult to injury the long awaited part was wrong, despite being advised of it by MTS and sending clear photos.All in all a complete waste of time and money.
