I ordered a spare part for our toilet which came within a week of ordering but unfortunately it was broken. I’ve now sent a photo of the broken part, and called 5 times subsequently and still I await confirmation that a replacement will be sent out.I can’t say I’d recommend this company as clearly they do not value their customers.Since posting the initial review they have refunded the cost of the item.I have upgraded the rating from one star to two as the refund was processed, but I’m afraid no higher as I obviously still do not have the part I need; and 4 weeks has been wasted.
