Will probably have to go to PayPal for a refund. They seem to think they can ignore the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and all the distance selling regulations. Just avoid, avoid, avoid and if you really can’t find the spare part you want then use PayPal to give you some protection. Also heard that the owner claims to be an ‘admin assistant’ dealing with customer queries. Con artist all round.
