Utter clowns. As another person has stated, purchased a cistern fill valve, was sent a different valve, and when I questioned them was told it’s a common mistake customers make thinking the item looks like the picture !?! Absolute cowboys, they don’t care, send condescending replies and essentially a bunch of thieves. Please avoid.
