Purchased a cistern fill valve from these clowns and they sent an alternative (different type) to the one listed on the website. I was hoping to use parts from the new one to avoid removing the cistern completely so the alternative was of no use to me. Spent a week exchanging e-mails with them asking for various pictures of what they had sent me and pictures of the unit they sent together with the old unit. (what that had to do with anything I don't know)Eventually agreed that I could return the valve but they only provided a partial refund even though they had sent something other than what I had ordered.Reviewing other feedback this seems to be their normal mode of operation. The Consumer Rights Act (Sale of goods act) means nothing to this company.
