Very poor performance and customer service. I laced 2 small orders and quickly received two order confirmations and shipment notifications (both types of communications very unprofessional in format).After non-delivery of either items I e-mailed "Customer Service" ... received waffle response and eventually received one item. After a further email to "Richard" received more waffle .... and still no item received. I gave up in the end and wrote the whole thing off as a scam. Advice to others - do not try to do business with this outfit !!
