My parcel never arrived.Lost by the delivery company apparently.No replacement offered. No claim via MTS against the delivery company.Resulted in a Refund via PayPal fortunately.Very strange how many similar negative reviews there are. However I can’t put the blame solely on MTS but more their choice of logistic companies.I instead got my spare part delivered the next day via Toilet Spares limited (scarily similar name) who I would highly recommend.
